A BILL to repeal §8-13-4 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to municipal licensing and taxes therefor.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

§1. Repeal of section providing for municipal license and tax thereon when state license required.


That §8-13-4 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is repealed.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the provisions authorizing municipalities to require a municipal license when a state license is required for the same activity or purpose and to repeal municipal license taxes.
