A BILL to amend and reenact §5-5-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to increasing the amount of annual and incremental salary increases for eligible employees from $60 to $100; changing eligibility from three years of service to one.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §5-5-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 5. SALARY INCREASE FOR STATE EMPLOYEES.
§5-5-2. Granting incremental salary increases based on years of service.
(a) Every eligible employee with
