A BILL supplementing and amending by increasing an existing appropriation of federal funds out of the Treasury to the Miscellaneous Boards and Commissions, National Coal Heritage Authority, fund 8869, fiscal year 2022, organization 0941, by supplementing and amending an appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.
WHEREAS, The Governor has established the availability of federal funds for expenditure in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 which are hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, to fund 8869, fiscal year 2022, organization 0941, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of appropriation as follows:
