Senator Lindsay moved to amend the resolution on page two, section one-d, line twenty-seven, after the word "property;" by inserting the word "and";

On page two, section one-d, line thirty, after the word "is" by striking out the word "not";

On page two, section one-d, line thirty-four, after the word "article;" by striking out the word "and";

And,

On page two, section one-d, lines thirty-five and thirty-six, by striking out subdivision (4) in its entirety.
