Delegate Anderson moved to amend “SCR18 HFA McGeehan and Anderson #1” for Senate Concurrent Resolution 18 on page 3, line 58, after “and (5)” by deleting “necessary regulatory provisions on coal-fired utilities to prevent the use of privatization for closing coal-fired generations” and replacing it with “unnecessary regulatory provisions on coal-fired utilities to prevent the closing of coal-fired generation facilities”
