Delegate Zukoff moves to amend SB694 HFA Capito and Anderson AM #1 on page 5, Section 2, lines 90 through 92 by striking out the definition of "Just and equitable share of production" in its entirety and inserting a new definition to read as follows:

"Just and equitable share of production" means, as to each person, an amount of oil or gas or both substantially equal to the amount of recoverable oil and gas in that part of a pool underlying the person's tract or tracts."
