The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the committee substitute on page 1, section 11, line 11, by striking the words “is lawfully on notice” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “knows”

And

On page 1, section 11, line 12, by striking the words “by a court order, entered pursuant to §48-5-1 et seq., §48-27-1 et seq., or §62-1c-1 et seq. of this code”
