Delegate Summers moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

“A Bill to amend and reenact §5-16-2 and §5-16-7g of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, and to amend and reenact §33-59-1 of said code; all relating to diabetes; defining terms; reducing copayments; adding coverage for devices; and permitting testing equipment to be purchased without a prescription.”
