Delegate Hornbuckle moves to amend "SB4 H JUD AM #1" on page 1, by amending the Section heading by striking out the number "30" and inserting in lieu thereof, the number "15";

And,

On page 1, Section 30, line 8 by striking out the number"30" and inserting in lieu thereof the number "15".
