Delegate moves to amend 5B147 on page 2, Section Sa by striking out the word "or" on line 19 and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

"(4) For violating the express terms of a residency agreement signed by the resident prior to admission to the recovery residence; or"

And,

 

On line 20, by striking out the number "(4)" and inserting in lieu thereof, the number "(5)".
