The Committee on Finance Banking and Insurance Subcommittee moves to amend the bill on page two, following line sixty-one, by striking out section two in its entirety;

On page six, following line fifty-one, by striking out section five in its entirety; and

On page nine, following line seventy, by striking out the code section “§33-12B-6” and inserting in lieu thereof the code section “§33-12B-5a”.
