The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill 4860—H. B. 4860 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §18-20-1c of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to education of exceptional children in an integrated classroom; and providing that the general education teacher shall utilize the supplementary services documentation sheet on days when accommodations were made.
