The Committee on Judiciary moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 4667—A Bill to repeal §17-2A-19a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; to amend said code by adding thereto a new section, designated §5B-2-18; and to amend said code by adding thereto a new section, designated §5B-2-18a; all relating to uncrewed aircraft operation in the state; establishing the West Virginia Uncrewed Aircraft Systems Advisory Council within the Department of Economic Development; establishing membership, expense reimbursement, and duties of Council; clarifying that all uncrewed aircraft operation in the state must comply with federal regulations; prohibiting political subdivisions from regulating advanced air mobility aircraft or advanced air mobility systems; defining terms; and repealing provisions regarding transfer of airspace by Department of Highways.
