Delegate Pushkin moves to amend HB3607 on page 1, by striking out the title and inserting in lieu thereof, the following;

"A Bill to repeal §16-5Y-12 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §16-2D-9 and §16-2D-11 of said code; all relating to opioid treatment programs; removing certificate of need requirements; and removing to opioid treatment programs from the list of services which may not be developed."
