SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 15 Nominating a person to be elected to the Court of Appeals of Virginia.

 

Agreed to by the Senate, January 24, 2024

 

RESOLVED by the Senate of Virginia, That the following person is hereby nominated to be elected to the Court of Appeals of Virginia as follows:

The Honorable Mary Bennett Malveaux, of Henrico, as a judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia for a term of eight years commencing April 16, 2024.
