SENATE BILL NO. 653
AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE
(Proposed by the Senate Committee on Finance and Appropriations
on February 10, 2022)
(Patron Prior to Substitute--Senator Cosgrove)
A BILL to amend the second enactment of Chapter 357 and the
second enactment of Chapter 441 of the Acts of Assembly of 2018, relating to
definition of public aircraft; sunset.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the second enactment of Chapter 357 and the second enactment of Chapter 441 of the Acts of Assembly of 2018 are amended as follows:
2. That the provisions of this act shall expire on
September 1, 2023 July 1, 2025.
