CHAPTER 388 An Act to amend and reenact § 30-209 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Commission on Electric Utility Regulation. [S 516] Approved April 10, 2010

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 30-209 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§30-209. Sunset.

This chapter shall expire on July 1, 2010 2012.
