to amend contracts with managed care organizations with regard to therapeutic

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. That the Department of Medical Assistance Services (the Department) shall amend contracts between the Department and managed care organizations to ensure eligible individuals are not denied coverage for therapeutic day treatment.
