CHAPTER 722 An Act to repeal §2.2-2828 of the Code of Virginia, relating to state officers and employees; how certain officers removed from office. [S 1104] Approved March 25, 2013

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That §2.2-2828 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
