WHEREAS, Flaudean Bolling, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend and treasured member of the Pound community, died on November 30, 2023; and
WHEREAS, Flaudean Bolling savored the good life, taking every opportunity to read, dance, travel, and spend quality time with family and friends; and
WHEREAS, known for her adventurous personality and love of laughter, Flaudean Bolling was deeply committed to the well-being and happiness of others; and
WHEREAS, guided throughout her life by her faith, Flaudean enjoyed worship and fellowship with her community at First Presbyterian Church of Pound for many years; and
WHEREAS, preceded in death by her loving husband, Carlos, Flaudean Bolling will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by her children, Paige and Randy, and their families, and by numerous other family members and friends; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Delegates hereby note with great sadness the loss of Flaudean Bolling, a cherished member of the Pound community whose light brightened countless lives; and, be it
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to the family of Flaudean Bolling as an expression of the House of Delegates' respect for her memory.
