WHEREAS, Dominion Valley, a community based around the Dominion Valley Country Club in Haymarket, provides Prince William County residents with an excellent place to live and raise a family; and WHEREAS, located within minutes of major highways and shopping centers, the picturesque landscapes of Dominion Valley sit beneath the breathtaking Bull Run Mountains; residents can enjoy mother nature's splendor, but still maintain easy access to the Washington, D.C., and surrounding areas; and WHEREAS, with homes built by Toll Brothers, a renowned Fortune 500 luxury home builder, Dominion Valley offers spectacular residences with hundreds of customizable options to suit every homeowner's dream; and WHEREAS, beautiful, landscaped paths and roads lead residents to Dominion Valley's many amenities, including playgrounds, parks, a sports pavilion, and the Dominion Valley Country Club and Arnold Palmer Signature golf course; and WHEREAS, designed by golf legend Arnold Palmer, the lush fairways, impeccably maintained putting greens, and many challenging holes provide the ultimate golf experience to residents and visitors; and WHEREAS, young students at Dominion Valley have access to a superior learning experience at Prince William County Public Schools and adults can find many nearby opportunities for continuing education; and WHEREAS, residents of Dominion Valley make many important contributions to businesses, organizations, and community affairs throughout the Commonwealth; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That Dominion Valley hereby be commended for providing an exceptional community to the people of Prince William County; and, be it RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Clerk of the House of Delegates prepare a copy of this resolution for presentation to Dominion Valley as an expression of the House of Delegates' admiration for the community's success and best wishes for its future. |
