HOUSE BILL NO. 851 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee on Commerce and Labor on February 2, 2016) (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Hugo) A BILL to repeal the second enactment of Chapter 257 of the Acts of Assembly of 2013, relating to electronic delivery of insurance policy information.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 257 of the Acts of Assembly of 2013 is repealed.
