16102621D Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia: 1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 22.1-271.7 as follows: §22.1-271.7. Students who have been treated for pediatric cancer; Return to Learn Protocol. Each local school board shall establish a Return to Learn Protocol for the gradual return to academic activities by students who have been treated for pediatric cancer that shall include provisions for accommodations, modifications, and monitoring. |
