FLOOR AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE

A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Title 24.2 sections numbered 24.2-303.4 and 24.2-304.04, relating to technical adjustments of certain Senate and House of Delegates district boundaries.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Title 24.2 sections numbered 24.2-303.4 and 24.2-304.04 as follows:

§24.2-303.4. Senate districts.

Subject to the provisions of subsections A, B, and C of § 24.2-303.3, the following Senate districts shall be comprised as follows:

Fifteenth.
