CHAPTER 506
An Act to require the Department of Medical Assistance Services to increase the maximum allowable earnings for individuals participating in the Medicaid Works program.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department of Medical Assistances Services shall increase the maximum allowable gross earnings for individuals participating in the Medicaid Works program established pursuant to § 1902(a)(10)(A)(ii)(XV) of the Social Security Act to the maximum gross income amount allowed by the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999 (P.L. 106-170) that does not trigger collection of mandatory premiums.
