CHAPTER 131 An Act to repeal §2.2-2828 of the Code of Virginia, relating to state officers and employees; how certain officers removed from office. [H 2139] Approved March 6, 2013

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That §2.2-2828 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
