Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 35.1-22.1 as follows:

§ 35.1-22.1. Display of restaurant inspection report.

Each restaurant licensed pursuant to this chapter shall display a copy of the most recent restaurant inspection report issued for that restaurant, which shall include evidence of the number of critical violations found during the inspection, in a place where it is readily observable by the public transacting business with the establishment.
