CHAPTER 667 An Act to amend and reenact §30-318 of the Code of Virginia and to repeal the second enactment of Chapter 859 of the Acts of Assembly of 2009, relating to the Commission on Civics Education. [H 1601] Approved March 21, 2013

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That §30-318 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§30-318. Sunset.

This chapter shall expire on July 1, 2012 2016.

2.  That the second enactment of Chapter 859 of the Acts of Assembly of 2009 is repealed.
