Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. §1. That the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and the Department of Health Professions shall promulgate regulations recognizing licenses or certificates issued by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as full fulfillment of qualifications for licensure or certification in the Commonwealth.

2. That the provisions of this act shall expire on July 1, 2021.
