Summary

Constitutional amendment (first resolution); real property tax exemption for certain surviving spouses of disabled veterans. Expands the real property tax exemption for the primary residence of a surviving spouse of a disabled veteran, to include the situation in which the disabled veteran died prior to January 1, 2011.
