Summary

Board for Waterworks and Wastewater Works Operators and Onsite Sewage System Professionals; onsite sewage installers and operators. Directs the Board for Waterworks and Wastewater Works Operators and Onsite Sewage System Professionals to extend one time and deem to be valid interim licenses as an alternative onsite sewage system installer held by an individual at such time as the individual applies and meets the eligibility criteria to take the examination required for issuance of an alternative onsite sewage system installer license. A license extended in accordance with this act shall be valid until such time as the individual receives a passing score on the examination required for issuance of a license as an alternative onsite sewage system installer or until December 31, 2014, whichever occurs sooner. This bill contains an emergency clause.
