Summary
Gas-powered low-speed vehicles. Includes in the definition of "low-speed vehicle" gas-powered vehicles that have a maximum speed of more than 20 miles per hour but not more than 25 miles per hour and are manufactured to comply with safety standards contained in Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations, § 571.500. The current definition of "low-speed vehicle" only includes electrically powered vehicles that meet these criteria.
