Summary

Information Technology governance in the Commonwealth; Chief Information Officer and the Information Technology Investment Board; emergency. Eliminates the Information Technology Investment Board. In its place, the Governor will appoint the Chief Information Officer of the Commonwealth, subject to confirmation by the General Assembly. The bill contains an emergency clause.
