Summary

Foster care background checks; fingerprints. Provides that the requirement that an individual with whom a child in foster care may be placed submit fingerprints for the purpose of obtaining criminal history record information may be waived if an officer of the Department of State Police determines that it is impossible for the individual to submit fingerprints or impossible for him to submit fingerprints that are legible for identification purposes.
