Summary
Boxing and wrestling events; license requirements for examining physicians. Current law requires such physician to have been licensed in the Commonwealth for at least five years. The bill also requires a promoter to furnish to the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation, within two weeks following the completion of an event, a report showing (i) the number of tickets sold, unsold, and given away; (ii) the amount of gross proceeds; and (iii) the total gross receipts received from distribution rights of such event.
