Summary

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Funding Pool. Establishes the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Funding Pool Program to consist of TANF block grant funds to be awarded to service providers for expanded TANF programs. Funds shall be awarded by the Department of Social Services to service providers through a competitive Request for Proposals process.
