Summary

Eligibility for service in the Virginia National Guard. Declares a person ineligible to serve in the Virginia National Guard if he has committed any act that would be punishable under the Uniform Code of Military Justice where the maximum prescribed punishment for such offense included a term of confinement of five or more years and a forfeiture of all pay and allowances.
