Summary

Tax credit for public access to natural gas fueling stations. Provides for a tax credit for owners of natural gas fueling stations that are open to the public on or after January 1, 2015. The amount of the credit is equal to 30 percent of the fuels tax on gallons purchased for resale or 40 percent of the fuels tax on gallons purchased for resale if the fueling station is within three miles of I-95.
