Summary

Superintendent of Public Instruction; tracking teacher turnover; report. Requires the Superintendent of Public Instruction to track public elementary and secondary school teacher turnover by cause, geographic area, school division, and subject area, annually report his findings to the Governor and the General Assembly, and post such annual report on the Department of Education website.
