Summary

Claims; Lois Ann Grimes. Provides relief in the amount of $52,293.24 to Lois Ann Grimes for medical bills and other health care costs incurred between 2000 and 2008. Mrs. Grimes was married to Rodney Dean Grimes, who was a Special Agent in Charge with the Virginia State Police, was killed in an automobile accident in 1983. Mrs. Grimes discovered in 2008 that she was eligible to receive assistance under the Line of Duty Act beginning in 2000, but had never been notified of the eligibility.
