Summary

Housing authorities; no trespass notices. Requires housing authorities to adopt written policies concerning the "no trespass" policy or barment from the premises owned by the authority, which shall include written notice of the policy to the tenant, signs posted on the premises about the policy, and a right to a hearing by the individual alleged to have violated the "no trespass" policy, as well as an appeal process. The bill provides that an individual may waive the rights granted by the bill.
