Summary

Virginia Home Solicitation Sales Act; form of notice. Removes from the statutorily authorized form of the notice of a buyer's right to cancel a home solicitation sale a provision that allows notice of cancellation to be sent by telegram. The notice form is also amended to allow notice of cancellation to be sent by facsimile. The measure also includes several technical changes.
