Deletes a reference to a subsection of the Code that was repealed in 2000 by House Bill 1204, which updated Article 9 (Secured Transactions) of the Uniform Commercial Code. There is no corresponding subsection in Article 9A, which replaced Article 9. The bill is a recommendation of the Code Commission.
