Summary

Gas pipeline safety; information disclosures. Prohibits employees and members of the State Corporation Commission from disclosing to any person any investigative notes and other correspondence and information furnished in confidence by a public service company with respect to a gas pipeline safety inspection or investigation. The prohibition applies to information produced by, obtained by, or disclosed to any employee or member of the Commission before or after the measure's effective date.
