Department of General Services; removal of Harry F. Byrd, Sr., statue. Directs the Department of General Services to remove the statue of former Virginia Governor and U.S. Senator Harry F. Byrd, Sr., from Capitol Square. The bill directs the Department to store the statue until such time as the General Assembly determines its final disposition.
