Summary

Elections; absentee voting; business and medical emergencies. Expands the provisions on late in-person absentee voting in business and medical emergencies to cover situations learned of by the voter after 6:00 p.m. on the Thursday before the election rather than after noon on the Saturday before the election. The voter is allowed to vote up to 2:00 p.m. on the Monday before the election.
