Summary

Income tax; travel expenses reimbursement tax credit. Grants an income tax credit for the total amount paid annually by an employer for employees' travel expenses when such employees are required to travel outside Virginia in the natural gas industry. The credit will become available for taxable years on or after January 1, 2011, but before January 1, 2015.
