Summary

Appointments to the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority Board of Directors. In appointing Virginia members of the board of directors of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, the Northern Virginia Transportation Commission shall include the Secretary of Transportation's designee or his voting member as a principal.
