Summary
Remote access to land records; indemnification. Prohibits a circuit court clerk or an outside vendor contracted by the clerk, or both, from including their indemnification as a requirement in an agreement with a state agency or employee thereof acting in the employee's official capacity to provide subscribers remote access to land records.
