Summary
Workers' compensation; presumption of compensability for certain diseases. Adds colorectal cancer and testicular cancer to, and removes rectal cancer from, the list of cancers that are presumed to be an occupational disease compensable under the Virginia Workers' Compensation Act if contracted by certain firefighters and certain other employees who have had contact with a toxic substance in the line of duty.
